Interiors:

 

Right in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, the house is at the ground floor of a 200 years old building. There is a spacious living room with a TV and relax area; this space has architectural and artisanal perks such as the floor in "cotto" or the prestigious Ceramica Vietrese. The fully equipped kitchen is also a dining area.

The sleeping area consists in a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 4 single beds (bunk beds). Both the bathrooms have stand alone showers.

An ideal solution for families or group of friends.

There is no parking space on the property, but there are few private garages nearby available.

The intense green of the peaks around and the joyful yellow from the lemon trees: these are the vivid colors of the garden. A table with six chairs set up for warm nights and beautiful lights around the walls to enjoy this space even when the sun goes down.

 

Location:

 

The house boasts a convenient location of the Amalfi Coast. The seaside village of Maiori is the biggest of the coast. Both the seafront and central promenade are plenty of restaurants that makes a mix of traditional and modern local kitchen, cafes and typical craftshops.

Amalfi, Positano, Capri and Napoli can be reached by public or private transports, also by the sea.

Around Maiori there are some of the most beautiful beaches of the coastal area, like Acqua Chiara's beach and Erchie's village.

The center is just 1 minute walk from the house and beach 7 minutes walking.
